Ipsotek is pleased to announce the appointment of Ara Babayan as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Babayan brings over two decades of leadership in enterprise transformation, cybersecurity, and complex programme delivery across the financial services and technology sectors. He has led major initiatives at Deutsche Bank, Barclays, UBS, and Kantar, delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes, embedding SaaS and AI technologies, and building high-performing cross-functional teams.
“It’s an honour to be joining Ipsotek at such a pivotal moment,” said Babayan. “I’m looking forward to supporting the company’s next wave of innovation-scaling delivery, aligning teams, and driving operational excellence as we advance our product roadmap and global reach.”
In his new role, Babayan will be responsible for leading Ipsotek’s global transformation strategy and ensuring excellence in product and scalability. A key element of his mandate is the establishment of what he refers to as ‘’Transformation Office’’, which will focus on delivery governance, customer value realisation, and operational synergy across the organisation.
With a focus on execution and scale, Babayan will work closely with R&D, Operations, and strategic business units to optimise Ipsotek’s technology delivery and create a robust framework for cross-functional collaboration.
“Ara’s experience in driving enterprise change and aligning global stakeholders makes him a strong addition to Ipsotek’s leadership team,” said Dr. Boghos Boghossian, CEO & CTO of Ipsotek. “His appointment strengthens our transformation agenda and reinforces our commitment to delivery excellence.”
Working alongside Dr. Boghossian, Babayan will play a critical role in embedding a culture of executional discipline and operational agility, ensuring that Ipsotek’s innovation is matched by excellence in delivery, responsiveness to market needs, and long-term value for its global customers.
