Ipsotek Signs MoU with Net Zero Compute at GTC Europe to Scale AI in the Cloud, Sustainably

Jul 3, 2025

Ipsotek is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Net Zero Compute (NZC) at GTC Europe in Paris, NVIDIA’s flagship event held last month.

This strategic agreement unlocks powerful opportunities to scale AI-powered video analytics capabilities across cloud infrastructure, while maintaining a strong commitment to environmental responsibility. As AI workloads grow in complexity and volume, scalability and sustainability must evolve hand in hand, and NZC’s platform enables both.

Net Zero Compute, founded by industry veterans and are recognised for its Greenpod platform; a cloud-native, purpose-built infrastructure that allows AI applications to scale flexibly, while dramatically reducing environmental impact.

Greenpod’s closed-loop thermal system transfers waste heat from AI processing to convert organic waste into bioenergy, eliminating methane emissions and creating a low-emissions, high-performance environment for cloud workloads.

With growing demand across industries such as transportation, public safety, and critical infrastructure, Ipsotek’s clients need solutions that can scale rapidly and responsibly.

Our partnership with NZC provides us with a cloud platform designed to deliver both high performance and sustainability, enabling new deployments across decentralised, edge, and cloud environments,” said Dr. Boghos Boghossian, Ipsotek’s CEO & CTO. “This collaboration reflects our agnostic approach, ensuring we can offer customers a broad portfolio of solutions tailored to their diverse needs. We’re excited about the opportunities this partnership brings.’’

Ipsotek’s mission to harness AI for public safety and critical infrastructure aligns perfectly with our own values. With the Greenpod, we’re not just providing compute power — we’re delivering a platform where high performance and net zero emissions go hand in hand. This partnership marks an important step toward scaling AI sustainably across industries that matter most.” added Tommy Varhaugvik, CEO, Net Zero Compute.
