With technology that is rooted in image analysis of busy scenes, Ipsotek offers a highly accurate detection solution that relies on Scenario based (Patent Pending) rules. By combining audio, video and other auxiliary triggers (Patent pending) the system makes use of all available information to acutely identify the desired behaviour with high confidence.

Simple yet efficient configuration of the system adds to its versatility especially by using Virtual targets (Patent pending) that eliminate the need for walk tests and manual calibrations.

At the heart of every Ipsotek video analytics engine there is an advanced Digital Signal Processor (DSP). The high performance of the NXP (Phillips) Trimedia® DSP makes live annotation and detection of events at the full rate of 25 (30 NTSC) frames per second a reality. This is essential for tracking and classifying fast objects.

The Visual Intelligence Suite (VIS) represents a toolbox of configurable video analysis algorithms that have endless deployment possibilities.
